Colter Coffee Featured Artist: Sarsten Noice
A quick glance and your focus is redirected.
Bright, vibrant, inspired by Montana and its natural beauty, Sarsten Noice, though a fledgling painter, has a distinct, eye-catching style.
Noice, 19, is the daughter of downtown Kalispell artist, Marshall Noice - known for technicolor landscapes, which are featured in galleries across the United States.
Sarsten, a Flathead Valley Community College student, has art shows at the Green Tea House in Whitefish and at Colter Coffee in downtown Kalispell this month.
"My inspiration is the land - it's Montana," Sarsten said. "It's a direct line of consciousness to the closeness of nature here."
Noice will be the featured artist at the Boiler Room (525 8th Street East
Kalispell, MT) for the month of July.
